Mission Statement: The STOPEDA Coalition is committed to abolishing Eminent Domain Abuse. By raising public awareness through education and the media, providing
support and direction for threatened property owners, and proactively
advocating for legislative reform- the STOPEDA Coalition intends to stop the
abuse of Eminent Domain and restore property rights throughout New Jersey.
